eLearning CE: Activity 3 - Sarah 'Aqilah Johari (03)

A good leader must have a balanced persona, is team oriented, is just and impartial, a good listener, is a role model and not the boss, has confidence in self and the ones whom he or she works with, has communication skills, focus, takes responsibility and ownership, is approachable and believes in follow up.

If the leader is in a stressful situation, he or she could use follow up. Projects that are commenced without a proper follow up always has mistakes and lacks perfections, and hence the achievement of targets and goals are delayed. It's important to walk the talk.
